We normally deliver to addresses within United Kingdom, apart from the islands, Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland. For delivery to these areas contact us through email@example.com. We can deliver to these areas but there will be an additional charge to pay and we will be unable to meet our normal delivery time tables.
We aim to deliver on the next working day for orders which are in before noon. Orders will normally delivered within 2 working days. We do not make deliveries on saturday, sunday or bank holidays.
We will deliver to the address specified by your order. If you would like to have your wines delivered to your place of work or an address other than your home all you have to do is specify that address in the delivery section of the check out area.
Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We cannot specify an exact time and the couriers are unable to call prior to delivery to confirm the exact day. If you are not in you will receive a card through your letterbox. The card will have a contact number for you to call to arrange re-delivery direct with the parcel carrier to the same address on a different working day. Please note that we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You also have the option of collecting the item from your local depot. You will need to bring the card they left and one additional form of identification (such as a driving licence or household bill) bearing the address that the item was sent to.
If you receive your order and some or all of the bottles are broken or damaged please let us know immediately by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately arrange for the wine to be collected. Once we have received the damaged goods we can either refund your card or replace them for new wines, depending on your preference.
